What personal data we collect and how

When using our Services, you may be asked to provide us with certain personal data that can be used to identify you directly on our websites, generally your name and email address.

a. Registration Information

We may offer you the option to complete a user profile that is visible to other Senyou Technology users (“Account”). When you create an Account, you may provide us with your name, username, email address, password and other information that help us confirm that it is you accessing your Account. We may do this through in-game dialog boxes, which you may choose to skip. Your Account may be used to publicly identify you as part of social features of the Services, which may include user-to-user interaction, chat or messaging functionality, public leaderboards, head-to-head competition, and other similar features. The username will be public and will be visible to other users. But we will only allow access to information that is considered public or that you designate as public in your user profile settings. We may also provide you with the ability to import contacts or manually enter email addresses so that you can find your contacts on Senyou Technology and invite your contacts to join our services. We will store these contacts to help you and your contacts connect through our services.

b. Payment Information

When you order any goods or services in our apps, including any virtual currency or virtual goods, our payment processing service provider will collect your name, phone number, e-mail address, mailing address, billing address, and complete credit card information that enable them to receive your payment. Our payment processing service provider may also retain this data to enable you to purchase additional items through our Services without having to reenter it each time. Please note that purchases from third parties may also be subject to additional policies.

c. Customer Support Information

When you ask for assistance from our Customer Support team, we will collect and store the contact information you provide (generally your name and e-mail address), information about your gameplay or activity on the Services, and your user-name or ID number. We will also store the correspondence and any information contained within.

d. Device information

If you access our apps through a mobile device, we will identify the general location (not precise geolocation) of your mobile device, your mobile device’s brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, Bluetooth settings, internet connection, random-access memory (“RAM”), the applications you have installed, the applications you are running in the background, mobile device’s advertising ID, other unique identifiers and other information related to device settings.

e. Cookies & Similar Tracking Information

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Services. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, account activation time, content displayed to you and whether you click it, advertisements displayed to you and whether you click on them, URLs you have visited, notifications that have appeared on your mobile device, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, your mobile country code, and your user ID.

f. Content Sharing

When you choose to share content with us, we automatically collect information about your Wi-Fi connection and call information. You can limit the amount of information collected from your device (e.g., computer, phone, or tablet) by adjusting your device or browser settings. However, by preventing us from collecting some information, we may not be able to provide some functions on our Services.

g. Android Advertising ID

We use your Android advertising identifier in order to provide you with customized advertisement experience. It is used exclusively for advertising and analytics. Please note that the advertising identifier does not contain any user sensitive information that can be used to identify you as a user or your device. It is not connected to personally-identifiable information or associated with any persistent device identifier (for example: SSAID, MAC address, IMEI, etc.).

h. Monetization and Analytical Information from Other Sources

Third-party SDKs integrated in our apps may access your information, including your Google Advertising ID, region, device language, location, and IP address. The information collected by third-party SDKs is controlled and managed by the providers of these SDKs and we have no control over such third parties. The third-parties include monetization partners, such as Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, Unity ads, etc., and also analytical tools partners, such as Firebase, GA4, etc. The links to the above-mentioned platforms’ privacy policy are listed in details in the section “For Users in the EEA or the UK”.

The Purpose of Collecting Your Information

We have listed the ways in which we use your Personal Data and provide you with an option to opt-out of certain practices, when applicable. We may use your Personal Data:

a. To provide and maintain our Services, recognize you when you return to our apps, to sync your progress across devices when you log in to your account with third parties and perform essential business operation.

b. To allow you to back-up and sync your progress using third party social networks to our Services, such as Google Play Games, Apple Game Center or Facebook. Some of our Services provide the option to sync and back-up your progress across different devices when you log-in through third party social networks. These services are not activated automatically, but require explicit authorization by you.

c. To administer and protect our Services (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, support, fraud, reporting and hosting of data).

d. To gain insights into how our users interact with our products and services. We use first and third party analytical tools to understand how our users interact with our games. It helps us understand how users navigate in our games, what features they use, what actions they take, how long they play the game and how often they return. This helps us get insights into which parts of our games are popular and which parts need improvement.

e. To serve personalized advertisements in our Services. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (the "UK"), some of our third-party advertising networks will rely on your consent to process Personal Data in order to provide personalized advertising to you.

How We May Disclose Your Information to Third Parties

We may share the above categories of Personal Data for certain business purposes, including:

a. With our service providers and partners.

We use certain service providers and partners to help us operate and improve our Services. These service providers and partners assist us with various tasks, including hosting and maintenance, on-going development, analytics, customer care and marketing. We will also share your information with advertising partners to provide personalized advertisements.

b. For analytics and research purposes.

We may share your personal data when we are told that we have to disclose the information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including law enforcement or legal process purposes; We will take necessary measures to stop criminal activities and to protect our legal rights and legal rights of our users, business partners or other interested parties;

In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the right to know and right to deletion, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity. Upon verification of your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to complete the transaction with you, detect security incidents or fraud, fixing errors, exercise free speech or another right provided by law, comply with legal obligations, or other internal and lawful uses.

AGE LIMITS

We understand the need and guarantee to provide extra privacy protections to users who are children. Our Services are intended for general audiences over the age of 16 years and therefore children under the age of 16 years (or older pursuant to applicable jurisdiction) should not download or use our Services. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children.
